Led by youth, backed by experience
Real character is forged on the trail. Our scouts plan the routes, pack the gear, and run the weekly meetings in Albany, Oregon.

Where scouts take the lead
In Troop 99, youth leadership isn't a title—it is an active responsibility. Scouts elect their own leaders, run weekly meetings, and organize monthly high-adventure excursions across the Willamette Valley.
Adults advise, but scouts execute. From camp setup to trail navigation, every decision builds the self-reliance and confidence needed for the first-class rank and beyond.
Three layers of guidance
From peer-to-peer coaching to veteran Eagle Scout guidance, our structured multi-generational network ensures every Albany scout is trail-ready.
